Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the bdoak platform (available at bdoak.net and any associated mobile-optimised versions thereof), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bdoak platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform after the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bdoak (the platform operator). References to "bdoak", "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer to the operating entity behind bdoak.net. References to "you", "your", or "the player" refer to any registered or unregistered user of the bdoak platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The bdoak platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register and use the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. No exceptions apply to this requirement.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register accounts.
• You must be accessing the platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for, any third party.
• Your use of the bdoak platform must not violate any applicable law, regulation, or order in your jurisdiction.

Age Verification

bdoak reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or any other government-issued photographic identification that clearly displays date of birth. Accounts for which age verification cannot be completed to bdoak's satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution, and any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold during this period.

Where bdoak determines, or has reasonable grounds to believe, that a registered player is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification of that payment method.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the bdoak platform — including depositing, withdrawing, placing bets, and claiming promotions — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one bdoak account. You may not register additional accounts to circumvent a suspension, claim a bonus more than once, or for any other reason. If bdoak identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether identified through matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, or any other indicator — all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdoak login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdoak will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify bdoak support immediately via the platform's live chat feature. bdoak reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account while an unauthorised access investigation is conducted.

Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping the personal information associated with your bdoak account current and accurate. If any of your registered details change — including your email address, mobile phone number, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may impede the processing of withdrawals and account verification requests.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bdoak supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol: ৳) exclusively. The platform does not support foreign currency transactions. All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus values are denominated in BDT.

Supported Payment Methods

bdoak currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa (cards issued by Bangladeshi banks), and Mastercard (cards issued by Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bdoak account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation from the respective mobile financial service provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your account balance, subject to bank processing times. bdoak does not charge any deposit fees; however, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the bdoak payments team. Requests submitted via bKash and Nagad during standard processing hours are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside of standard hours or involving larger amounts may take up to 24 hours. Card withdrawals may take 1 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. bdoak will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other players, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of the platform.

Withdrawal Verification

bdoak reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This may include a copy of your national identity card (NID), a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number, or other supporting documents. Withdrawal requests will be held pending the satisfactory completion of any such verification process.

Bonuses & Promotions

bdoak offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods. The general principles set out in this section apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual bonus terms.

Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and free bet credits issued by bdoak are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be communicated clearly in the individual bonus terms. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, bonus-derived funds are not eligible for withdrawal.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. A player is ineligible for a welcome bonus if they have previously held a bdoak account under any identity. One bonus per household, per device, and per payment method applies unless the specific promotion states otherwise. bdoak reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.

Abuse and Misuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, making offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other form of bonus abuse — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

Seasonal and Special Promotions

bdoak may offer seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi cultural calendar, including periods such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL seasons. Special promotions are communicated through the platform and are subject to their own specific terms and validity periods.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdoak platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to use the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one bdoak account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Money laundering: Using the bdoak platform for any purpose related to the concealment, conversion, or transfer of funds derived from illegal activities.
• Game manipulation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; colluding with other players to fix outcomes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider in relation to a deposit made to bdoak, except where genuinely fraudulent activity by a third party has occurred.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to claim promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including multi-accounting for bonus purposes or systematic exploitation of wagering terms.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to access your account.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications at bdoak staff or other players through any channel.

bdoak employs both automated systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Determinations made by bdoak regarding prohibited conduct are final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

Account Suspension & Closure

bdoak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bdoak reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information.
• The account has been used for any fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purpose.
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.
• The player is determined to be under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• bdoak is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a lawful instruction from a competent authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their bdoak account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support via the platform's live chat. Before closing an account, any remaining balance must be withdrawn to a registered payment method. Accounts cannot be closed while a withdrawal is pending.

Self-Exclusion

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request a formal self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and cannot be reactivated. bdoak strongly encourages any player who feels that gambling is negatively impacting their life to use this facility. Effect of Closure on Balances

Where an account is closed by bdoak due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full, including both deposited funds and bonus-derived funds, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed voluntarily or for reasons unrelated to a breach, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdoak shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bdoak platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by technical failures, maintenance periods, third-party infrastructure outages, or circumstances beyond bdoak's reasonable control.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card networks.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the bdoak platform, including odds, statistics, or game information.
• Losses incurred through betting or gaming activity — gambling involves financial risk and bdoak does not guarantee any outcome.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bdoak platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through bdoak's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and bdoak, you should contact customer support in the first instance via the platform's live chat. bdoak aims to resolve all player disputes within 5 business days of receiving a formal complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, bdoak will communicate the available escalation steps to you in writing.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdoak with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
